Welcome to Meelevate Apparel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MeelevateApparel.com and your purchase of products from our online store. By visiting the website, creating an order, or otherwise using the store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

  1. ABOUT MEELEVATE APPAREL

Meelevate Apparel is a family-owned clothing brand operated under Meelevate LLC. “Meelevate Apparel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Meelevate LLC doing business through the Meelevate Apparel brand. Meelevate Youth and Meelevate Little Purpose are divisions or collections within Meelevate Apparel, not separate companies.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the store and any purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

  1. PRODUCTS AND HAND-FINISHED VARIATIONS

We work to display product colors, artwork, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. Screen settings, lighting, and photography can affect how colors appear.

Many Meelevate Apparel products are hand-finished or individually produced. Natural variations in placement, treatment, texture, tone, paint or bleach effects, and other handcrafted details may occur. These variations are part of the product’s character and do not automatically indicate a defect.

Each product page will identify important features and available options. Please review our Size and Fit Guide and Product Care Instructions before ordering and caring for your garment.

  1. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated or shown during checkout.

We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be authorized through a payment method offered at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

  1. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable inventory, a pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, payment problems, purchase limits, or an inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

If an item cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling the affected order for a prompt refund.

  1. PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Genesis MA and other hand-finished or made-to-order items generally require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Shipping availability, carrier services, tracking, address responsibilities, delays, and related details are explained in our Shipping and Processing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

Return and exchange eligibility, deadlines, item-condition requirements, shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect orders, and special treatment of hand-finished or made-to-order products are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store and its original content—including the Meelevate Apparel name, logos, product artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, collection names, written copy, and presentation—are owned by or licensed to Meelevate LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the store and purchase products for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the store to break the law, violate another person’s rights, transmit harmful code, interfere with store security or operation, scrape or collect data without authorization, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt fraudulent transactions.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the store.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, social-media, or other services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the linked service.

  1. STORE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but occasional errors, interruptions, or outdated information may occur.

We may correct errors, update information, or change or discontinue store features and product offerings. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will communicate with you and provide any options required by applicable law.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products are subject to any express descriptions or warranties shown on their product pages and to rights provided by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meelevate LLC and Meelevate Apparel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as the store, products, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.

Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your location provides protections that cannot be waived.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
